D.H.ASSOCIATES was established as a proprietorship company in 1991, under self employment for ex-servicemen scheme.
Right from its initiation the company is engaged in manufacture and supply of Babbit bearings, Thrust Pads, Guide Bearing Pads, Labyrinth seals. The firm is based in Bangalore and has carried out the above said jobs in a satisfactory manner in more than 15 states all over India. M/s.D.H.Associates has a large and diverse client base which includes PSU, as well as in the Private sector.
MANAGEMENT
Major.Harshavardhan (Retd.) (Proprietor) is an ex-servicemen and an Mechanical Engineer with more than 50 years of leadership experience. He began his career in 1969 as a commissioned officer in the oldest engineer regiment (1 Engineer Regiment, Madras Sappers). He is also a war veteran having fought the 1971 war. On completion of his army tenure he was absorbed into Oil India Limited wherein he assumed leadership roles in production and planning department. He founded M/s. D.H.Associates in 1991 and has built the core of the firm on high integrity and strong values.
Cdr. Swanuj Harshavardhan (Retd.) is an ex-servicemen with more than 22 years of total experience. He began his career in 2001 as a commissioned officer in the Indian Navy. He has varied experiences in various leadership and management roles. He is the current sales and marketing head of M/s.D.H.Associates.
